Shipping Policy

Our shipping distribution center is located in San Antonio, TX, USA.

Shipments may be made in segments or combined due to stock, packaging, or large orders.

Shipping Times

​

• All orders placed before 12:00PM (CT/US) will ship that same day.

• All orders placed after 12:00PM (CT/US) will ship the following day.

• Our distribution warehouse hours are M-F from 9am-5pm (MT/US). We are closed on weekends and major US holidays, orders will ship the following day.

Overnight Shipping

• We currently do not offer overnight shipping. Please select USPS Express shipping option if you need your order asap.

 

International Shipping

​

• We offer international shipping to almost every country in the world. We utilize DHL Express Shipping. (We are unable to ship to Iran).

• All customers are liable for any and all customs and duties imposed by their countries laws and customs policies. Prestige Esthetic takes no responsibilities for these additional charges and we advise customers to get accurate tax rates from their local customs office.

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties.
